What does my free first visit include?
Your first visit to us is complimentary. We want you to feel comfortable with your decision to start treatment with us.
Your first visit includes:
- One-on-one consultation with Dr. Wall, who has over 15 years of experience!
- Comprehensive orthodontic exam, including digital x-rays, photos and digital scans with the iTero® Element intraoral scanner
- Cost and insurance review to create a custom payment plan that suits your budget
Before you visit us for your consultation, you can fill out your new patient forms online for an easy check-in process.
When you visit us, our goal is to show you around, introduce you to your team, examine your smile, explore your treatment options, and create a personalized treatment plan that results in a beautiful smile.
What to Expect

Using the advanced iTero® Element digital scanner, we’ll take quick impressions of your teeth and bite.
The iTero device produces an easy, comfortable digital scan for Dr. Wall to assess your smile, but it can also create a simulated preview of your treatment results. You’ll get a sneak peek of your beautiful new smile before you even begin treatment.
We’ll take digital x-rays with our low-radiation digital x-ray machine. Dr. Wall will use these diagnostic photos, digital impression scans and x-rays to create your personalized treatment plan.
Step 3
We’ll head over to our consultation room where you’ll meet Dr. Wall! He’ll perform an in-person detailed exam of your teeth and bite.
Dr. Wall will discuss all findings with you, present you with our treatment options, and discuss what you can expect throughout your orthodontic journey.
We’ll answer all of your questions and tell you everything you need to know about your upcoming transformation with Invisalign® or any type of braces.
Step 4
Our new patient coordinator will sit down with you and work out a financial plan to help you cover the cost of braces or the cost of Invisalign.
We’ll discuss your needs, calculate your insurance benefit, and develop a custom payment plan that makes you feel comfortable.
Step 5
You can start to notice changes in your smile in only a few weeks of treatment! Most treatments are completed within one year, but this can vary depending on the severity of your condition and your diligence in wearing your aligners as instructed.
